Website terms

Last updated: 1 August 2026

1. About this website

This is a pre-launch information website for Ride9. It does not currently allow users to request, book or pay for a journey. References to planned functions describe development intentions and are not promises that a particular feature, area or launch date will be available.

2. Using the website

You may use this website for lawful personal or business enquiries. You must not attempt to damage the website, gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, submit misleading information or use the website in a way that infringes another person's rights.

3. Driver interest

Registering interest does not create employment, worker status, a partnership, an agency relationship, a driver agreement or a guarantee of onboarding. Any future driver onboarding will be subject to separate eligibility checks, licensing requirements and contractual terms.

4. Accuracy and availability

We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but information may change. The website may be unavailable or contain errors. Nothing on this pre-launch website should be relied upon as transport, legal, financial or licensing advice.

5. Intellectual property

The Ride9 name, website design, wording and original graphics are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit them without permission.

6. Links and email

External websites and email services are operated by third parties. We are not responsible for their availability, security or content.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not responsible for loss caused by relying on pre-launch information, website unavailability, or events outside our reasonable control.

8. Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

9. Contact

Questions may be sent to hello@ride9.co.uk.

Website owner action: Add the legal entity's full name, company number and registered office before public launch, and obtain professional advice before accepting bookings or onboarding drivers.
